The room was quiet and huge, offered coffee/tea making equipment, and reliable internet. The bathroom was clean, truly enjoyed it. It was in an excellent and perfect location next to Newcastle-under-Lyme, transport, and subway at the petrol station. Seafood restaurant Seabridge Fish Bar was located 10 minutes walk away.

Everything was great, we had restful 2 days here. Everyone working at this quiet little hotel was cheerful. Besides, the area was good, next to St James the Great.

All the staff were very friendly and very helpful
Compared to other Ramada hotels that we have used this one was a bit dated, rooms were small which was not a problem but no air-con as room was fairly warm, and the noise from other guests "slamming " their room doors was a little annoying seing as tho i went to bed at 10.30pm as i had to be up for a triathlon at 5am the following morning.

My husband has walking difficulties, this hotel has no lifts and stairs I tried to explain to reception, and they ignored me, even though it is obvious as he has a walking stick and balance problems, they did not give us a room on the first floor, they gave us a room on the second floor!! He struggled (because he is a proud man) and was ill for the rest of our holiday. I am going to complain.I have never had this problem with a room booked with yourselves.
The food was good.
